The How Bar Zar idea came from many years of experience in Hospitality, in taking the worry away from yourself, in planning your special event. "We do the lot" - you relax
Howbarzar has been especially built from many catering experiences and hence built to cater for a wide variety of occasions. Offering all 3; (up to 5 course) meals, espresso coffee and yes a fully licensed cocktail bar with a QLD liquor license. A totally unique experience.
We cater for approx. 40 to 100 guests, from 5 course menu to finger food. (We do what you want). We also do Special Public Events and Corporate Functions. All Lighting and Music supplied on Van.
Alfresco Coffee Lounge (8 Chairs, Tables & Umbrella) supplied . Two dry bars and four high bar stools and umbrellas supplied.
We arrive approx. 8am on the day of event or the day before to set-up and preparation. All fresh food's made at your event.
Out of a desire to create a hospitality experience that took all the worry out of planning your special event Paul and Barb Maloney came up with the How-Bar-Zar concept. Paul the Butler and Lady Barb will continue to operate a How-Bar-Zar van in the Rockhampton area.
Russell and Sandra have been in the party hire business on the Central Highlands since 1994, trading as Smith & Co Tent Hire. How-Bar-Zar will compliment this business and they will operate a How-Bar-Zar van in the Emerald area.
