Hors-d’oeuvres - Choice of two
Butlers Special: Chicken wings in homemade plum sauce
Dad’s Favourite: Chat potatoes with melted peppered butter
Oriental Wok Snags: Beef sausages sliced and barbequed in spicy sauce—not too hot.
Assorted: Cold meat & salads wrapped in flat bread.
Main
The Meat: Roast rump steak and roast pork, cooked whole with the Butler’s special herbs and spices. Cut & served the way you like it (rare, medium or well done)
The Vegetables: Roasted vegetables, cabbage and bacon stuffed pumpkin, caramelised onion, honey carrots & baked potatoes.
Salads
Four fresh daily
All meals served with home made damper drizzled with herbed melted butter.
